Client Implementation Manager

Managing client onboarding processes, the full-time remote Client Implementation Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of disability and life products. Key responsibilities Act as the main liaison for clients during the implementation process, providing regular updates and maintaining communication Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate all aspects of client onboarding and integration Conduct needs assessments and develop customized implementation plans tailored to client requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field 4 or more years of experience in client implementation, project management, or a similar role Knowledge of absence management and disability/life products (FMLA, ADAAA, STD/LTD) Strong understanding of client relationship management principles Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
