Content Marketing Manager - Contract

The Content Marketing Manager position is available in Weston, FL. This role is crucial for driving growth across key retail segments and requires a strategic marketing expert to develop impactful messaging and programs that resonate with retail leaders.

Contract - 3 months, possibility of extension

Shift of the Content Marketing Manager:
M-F 8am to 5pm Hybrid

Pay Rate of the Content Marketing Manager:
$50 to $52/hr

Responsibilities of the Content Marketing Manager:

Define retail audience segments and customer journeys aligned to key retail priorities.
Build differentiated messaging that connects retail business challenges to measurable outcomes.
Develop retail-specific, customer-led content that supports account-based engagement.
Translate complex retail workforce challenges into clear, compelling narratives.
Leverage data and insights to refine segmentation and improve messaging effectiveness.

Qualifications of the Content Marketing Manager:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
8+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or audience-focused marketing.
Proven track record in developing clear, compelling, and sales-ready messaging.
Experience with retail marketing and understanding of retail operations preferred.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with excellent communication abilities.
