Strategist, Agent Development (MBA)

Salary: $211,000 - 251,000 per year Requirements:

• Open to MBA students graduating in spring 2027.
• Strong customer focus, including the ability to understand customer needs, navigate complex organizations, and build trusted relationships.
• Clear, direct, persuasive communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to solve ambiguous problems, identify risks, and adapt to change.
• Technical aptitude, including comfort reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and discussing engineering tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, high-visibility projects and deliver results.
• Preferred: Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production, including familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or prompt engineering, and experience working closely with technical teams.
• Preferred: Experience as a founder, founding team member, or operator.
• Preferred: A degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field, equivalent practical experience, and/or experience at the intersection of technology and business.

• Lead the agent development lifecycle, from initial scoping and conversation design through tooling, evaluation, launch, and ongoing production improvements.
• Translate customer business goals into effective AI agents, refining performance based on real-world results.
• Advise enterprise leaders on their business objectives and help shape AI strategies to achieve them.
• Work closely with customer teams by leading sessions, resolving agent issues, and making decisions that keep development on track for launch.
• Share customer needs and insights with our research and platform teams to inform product direction.
• Develop agents for use cases such as customer retention, device troubleshooting, personalized recommendations, and complex interactions in regulated industries.
• Define agent evaluation methods and quality standards, then use performance metrics to improve outcomes.
• Partner with our product team and customers to develop new capabilities, agent architectures, and self-service tools.
