Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, examining their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to foster client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, refining treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists and medical specialists to ensure holistic care and coordinated support.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. You will engage with a diverse patient demographic, tailoring your approach to meet the unique cultural, social, and psychological needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Avalid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited program.
