Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, using diagnostic tools and telehealth technologies.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that resonate with clients’ individual needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), regularly measuring client progress.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Continuously monitor and reassess treatment plans, making adjustments as required to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate integrated care by collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

You will primarily work with clients struggling with mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
