Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs, challenges, and goals of clients, ensuring that evaluations are thorough and tailored to individual circumstances.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, collaboratively setting clear, measurable goals that align with each client's unique preferences and needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and on-demand support, ensuring clients experiencing acute mental health challenges receive timely assistance.

• Educate clients regarding mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available community resources, helping them to gain insight and empowering them to take charge of their mental wellness.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome metrics, adhering to both legal and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with other professionals within multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n
