Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Title Physical Therapist Location / Work Environment In facility Reporting Structure Reporting to Director of Rehab Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities, provide education to patients and caregivers, collaborate with peers, and refer as needed. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
