This full-time role offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 and includes a hire-on bonus for qualified candidates. As an LMHC, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality mental health services and supporting individuals towards their path of recovery and wellness.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, which may include crisis plans and behavioral guidelines.

• Ensure timely completion of required documentation in adherence to regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to support clinical decision-making and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish positive behavior support plans that effectively address client needs.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our services.

• Act as a liaison with relevant service systems and community partners to ensure holistic support for clients.

• Maintain effective communication channels to uphold contract standards and advance our mission within the community.

• Foster relationships with various agencies and organizations to promote our programs and explore potential partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Commit to professional development through attending conferences and engaging in community tasks relevant to mental health initiatives.

• Promote the overall mission, values, and philosophies of Prime Health Counseling in each client interaction.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, encompassing individuals seeking recovery from substance use issues, those facing emotional health challenges, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Understanding the unique background and experiences of each client is essential to provide tailored support that fosters personal growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An independently held Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is competitive, with a salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, along with monthly productivity bonuses.
