Operations Assistant (Warehouse)

Schaumburg, IL | $20–$22/Hour + Full Benefits

We’re looking for an Operations Assistant (Warehouse) to join an established global medical device manufacturer with more than 75 years of industry experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, coordination, data entry, and hands-on involvement with daily operations.

You’ll work closely with warehouse, manufacturing, customer service, and other internal teams to make sure orders, materials, inventory, and information are accurately tracked and moving in the right direction.

What You’ll Do

• Support the daily operations of the warehouse and help keep workflow running smoothly
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate inventory, production, order, and material information
• Coordinate information between warehouse, manufacturing, customer service, and other departments
• Track orders, materials, and production activity and follow up on outstanding items
• Assist with scheduling, tracking, reporting, and other operational priorities
• Review information for accuracy and investigate discrepancies or missing information
• Help ensure orders and materials are where they need to be, when they need to be
• Communicate updates and issues to the appropriate internal teams

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous administrative, warehouse, customer service, manufacturing, or operations experience is helpful, but not required
• Retail, hospitality, service, or other fast-paced customer-facing experience is welcome
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
