What You'll Do
- Drive strategic revenue growth by introducing AI-powered test automation platforms.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for TestComplete and Reflect.
- Build and expand relationships with engineering, QA, and product leaders.
- Manage complex sales cycles across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Develop new business through outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, and inbound demand.
- Act as a trusted advisor to help modernize testing strategies with AI-driven automation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling demonstrations and customer outcomes.
- Accurately forecast pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of successful SaaS sales experience, consistently exceeding quota.
- Proven experience selling developer tools, DevOps, QA, or testing solutions.
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to effectively engage engineering and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Outreach.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
