This position involves managing a caseload of at least 25 clients while working from the comfort of your home, contributing significantly to client care continuity and recovery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, tailoring therapeutic interventions that align with their unique needs.

• Provide direct counseling services in a virtual format, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to facilitate client growth and coping strategies.

• Maintain detailed case notes and documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with team members and participate in case consultations to enhance care strategies and improve outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adults aged 18 and older, focusing on a diverse range of mental health issues, including addiction recovery in a detox setting. Experience working with minority and diverse populations is welcomed, as we aim to provide culturally competent care that respects every client's background. Our practice also acknowledges unique challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community and seeks to support men’s mental health issues within our practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active LICSW license to practice in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience in the field of social work or mental health counseling.

• Capability to provide psychotherapy effectively to clients over 18 years of age, with a focus on ethical standards and best practices.

• Active professional malpractice insurance is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrable experience in CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy approaches.

• Experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community, although not mandatory, is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
