Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Assess and diagnose a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and trauma.

• Create personalized treatment plans and monitor progress through regular follow-ups and assessments.
\n
• Facilitate therapy that addresses both individual issues and family dynamics to promote collective healing and growth.

• Utilize telemedicine tools to engage with clients, enhancing accessibility and convenience for their treatment.

• Document client progress and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly support a diverse clientele. You will specialize in serving individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as:

• Psychological and physical abuse

• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts, including issues among siblings and cut-offs between family members

• Job stress and medical concerns
\n
• Challenges in blended families and adjustment issues surrounding separation or divorce

• Effective communication strategies within families

Qualifications\n

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Possess an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n
