Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one remote therapy sessions with clients using our secure online platform, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.

• Collaborate with clients to assess their mental health needs, and develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their individual goals and challenges.

• Regularly monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes, adapting techniques based on the response to therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, documenting session notes and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings with fellow therapists and clinical staff to discuss client care, share insights, and coordinate treatment strategies.

• Adhere strictly to ethical practices and legal requirements in the provision of mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a mental health therapist, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
