Florida Licensed Inside Sales Representative

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Florida Licensed Inside Sales Representative will manage sales of insurance products, focusing on client retention and upselling while collaborating with agents and brokers. Key responsibilities Coordinate with PEO Specialists to enhance retention and new sales activities, ensuring a seamless benefits selling experience Maintain knowledge of PEO industry markets and products to effectively service agents/brokers and support renewals Utilize internal systems for tracking sales activities and metrics, and assist agents/brokers in presenting products to clients Required qualifications HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred 2+ years of professional experience in a selling or telemarketing environment Understanding of insurance and PEO products, preferably from a PEO marketing or selling program Active Life & Health License must be obtained within 90 days of employment Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in web browsers
