Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches to develop tailored treatment plans that cater to individual needs.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and additional evidence-based modalities to support client progress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and other relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with the treatment team through regular consultations and case reviews to enhance the quality of care and share best practices.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, facilitating understanding of mental health issues and available treatment options.

• Continuously update your knowledge through engagement with the latest research and best practices in the mental health field, helping to refine therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges related to post-traumatic stress, anxiety disorders, depression, and other complex mental health issues. You will play a crucial role in helping these individuals navigate their paths toward healing and stability, ultimately contributing to improved outcomes in their personal and professional lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy techniques and interventions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
