Remote Account Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support our growing finance team remotely. Your Role You will play a vital role in managing our financial operations by ensuring all outgoing payments are processed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with company policies. What You'll Do Process and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors, contractors, and suppliers Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and resolve billing discrepancies Maintain organized and up to date financial records and documentation Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment inquiries Assist with month end closing procedures and financial reporting Work closely with internal departments to streamline payment processes Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures What We're Looking For Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2–4 years of accounts payable or bookkeeping experience Proficient in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical and problem solving abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Self motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment Must be a US resident Perks & Benefits Competitive hourly pay 100% remote flexibility Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and growth opportunities Collaborative and inclusive work culture XP Services, Inc is an equal opportunity employer.
