Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, utilizing established diagnostic criteria, to understand each client's unique mental health status and needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches, to drive positive behavioral changes.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, responding promptly to clients in urgent need and offering guidance tailored to their specific situations and emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adult clients from various socio-economic backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your ability to connect with clients personally and professionally will be key to helping them navigate their mental health journeys safely and successfully.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
