Regional Partner Manager | Iowa, Nebraska, or Colorado

US Signal is looking for a Regional Partner Manager to build and run our partner strategy in Iowa, Nebraska, or Colorado. You will own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth, and you will recruit and develop the technology distributors, agents, advisors, and managed service providers who bring US Signal’s solutions to market. Develop and execute a plan that drives partner-sourced pipeline, revenue growth, and achievement of your sales objectives. Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with technology distributors, agents, advisors, managed service providers, referral partners, and other strategic channel partners. Work with sales and solution teams to identify opportunities, coordinate account strategies, and move partner-sourced opportunities through the sales cycle. Deliver partner enablement programs, including training, joint planning, marketing initiatives, events, business reviews, and ongoing engagement. Manage and optimize performance. Track channel results through CRM management, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and partner health assessments, and work with teams across the company to improve them. Proven success recruiting partners and generating partner-sourced pipeline and revenue against goals Proficiency with CRM, pipeline, and forecasting tools; Salesforce preferred Ability to travel regularly within the region and occasionally beyond it Dependability, Execution, Time Management Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of channel sales, partner management, or quota-carrying experience in technology, telecom, cloud, or managed services Generous paid time off policy, including vacation and 10 paid holidays

This position may be performed in either a standard office setting or a home office environment. It requires prolonged periods of sitting, frequent use of a computer and other office equipment, and effective time management in a self-directed work environment.
