Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized therapy plans.

• Implement evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy, to assist individuals, couples, and families in their healing journeys.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state laws and ethical guidelines to ensure quality care and accountability.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to offer holistic and comprehensive treatment options for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, along with bonuses tied to performance and patient outcomes.
