Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate healing in individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Actively participate in regular professional development workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research and innovations in mental health practices.

• Collaborate with other health care providers in a multidisciplinary team setting, ensuring comprehensive client care through communication and shared decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will work with a diverse range of clients, including those facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clinic serves adults and families encompassing various backgrounds, and providers are encouraged to specialize in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, and trauma-informed care to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
