Marketing Coordinator

Overview E-T-A Engineering Technology is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns, trade shows, digital marketing activities, and sales enablement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who enjoys staying organized, supporting multiple projects, and building hands-on experience across B2B marketing, events, digital content, and sales support. In this role, you will work under the direction of the Marketing & Communications Director and collaborate with sales, leadership, and global marketing team members to help ensure marketing projects are completed accurately, consistently, and on time. What You’ll Do Marketing Campaign Support Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, landing pages, workflows, testing, deployment, and timeline coordination using marketing automation tools. Trade Shows & Events Assist with trade show and event coordination, including logistics, materials, shipments, timelines, internal communication, and event preparation. Help develop, update, and organize presentations, collateral, and marketing materials while maintaining brand, formatting, and messaging consistency. Website & Digital Support Assist with website updates, landing pages, forms, and content improvements using CMS platforms. Social Media Support Support social media post execution, scheduling, and basic performance tracking aligned with campaigns and events. What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Exposure to digital marketing channels such as email, websites, or social media Familiarity with content management systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Internship or hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns or events Exposure to marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar tools Interest in B2B, industrial, or technical markets Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn. You enjoy supporting projects from start to finish, communicating clearly, and working collaboratively across teams. You are comfortable following direction, managing deadlines, and helping ensure marketing deliverables are accurate and professional. This role is designed to build foundational marketing skills across campaigns, events, and digital execution. Over time, there is potential to grow into a Marketing Specialist role with increased ownership of campaign execution, marketing automation, and project management responsibilities.
