This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient billing for a high volume of environmental, construction, and service-related projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and has strong attention to detail. Experience with time-and-materials (T&M) billing and construction or service-based invoicing is highly preferred. Based in Portland,we are working together for a Clean Environment! What You'll Do Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently. Review and compile documentation needed to support time-and-materials (T&M) billing , including labor, equipment, materials, subcontractor costs, and other job-related expenses. Utilize ServiceTitan CRM to review job information, verify billing details, and generate invoices. Ensure invoices are complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines. Research and resolve billing discrepancies, missing documentation, and customer inquiries. Work closely with operations, project managers, dispatch, and other internal teams to obtain accurate job and billing information. Track outstanding billing items and follow up internally to ensure jobs are billed promptly. Maintain organized and accurate billing records and supporting documentation. Assist with continuous improvement of billing processes and workflows. What We're Looking For Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or high-volume invoicing. Experience with T&M billing, construction billing, project billing, or service-based billing strongly preferred. Experience using ServiceTitan or a similar CRM/field service management system is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. Ability to manage a high volume of work while meeting deadlines. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.
