Practice Manager - Alabama Pain Physicians
Lead a high-performing medical practice where your leadership directly impacts patient care, team success, and operational excellence.
Alabama Pain Physicians is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of a growing, multi-provider specialty medical practice. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives on solving problems, building strong teams, improving processes, and driving results.

What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple clinical departments.
- Develop, coach, and hold supervisors and staff accountable for performance.
- Improve patient satisfaction, workflow efficiency, and operational consistency.
- Monitor staffing levels, productivity, scheduling, and labor costs.
- Partner with providers and executive leadership to achieve organizational goals.
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards.
- Address employee relations issues while fostering a positive, professional culture.
- Coordinate with clinical, billing, human resources, and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve the patient experience.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of healthcare management experience (multi-provider practice preferred).
- Strong understanding of medical office operations.
- Proven experience leading teams, managing performance, and developing employees.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience using practice management and EMR systems.
- Ability to analyze data, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions.
- A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump in when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience managing specialty medical practices.
- Knowledge of revenue cycle operations, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
