Summary:

The Receptionist represents Humango Solutions to both employees and visitors by establishing and maintaining an approachable and welcoming environment. Office coverage will be split between two receptionists.

Location:

·        On-site in Downtown Leesburg, VA

·        Telework not available

HUBZone Requirement: Must reside in a HBUZone and be able to provide proof of residence

beginning at least 90 days prior to start date. Confirm HUBZone residency here:

Schedule:

·        Part-time, 10 hours per week scheduled during business hours 9am-5pm

·        Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday

Qualifications:

·        High School Diploma

·        Previous customer experience preferred but not required

Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Receive employees and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

·        Notify appropriate individual when visitors arrive

·        Offer beverages to visitors

·        Keep reception area tidy and inviting

·        Order lunches as requested

·        Accept package deliveries

Decision-Making Authority:

The Receptionist has day-to-day decision-making authority for all deliverables that they produce in support of Humango Solutions.
