About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for Compliance, a pivotal role within the organization. The successful candidate will be a key leader, deeply embedded in the company's strong culture and with a clear focus on the future. This executive will be responsible for the oversight and maintenance of compliance, with a particular emphasis on federal and state lending regulations and banking requirements. The role demands a professional who can work effectively with counterparts, and is adept at organizing, planning, and executing day-to-day operational compliance activities.
