Job Description Summary

Seeking an organized and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist I to support recruiting activities for Home Care, Home Health, and administrative positions. This entry-level position assists with job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, applicant tracking, hiring documentation, and pre-employment requirements. The Talent Acquisition Specialist I works under established procedures and receives regular guidance from Talent Acquisition and HR leadership. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

1. Post approved positions in Hireology and other authorized recruiting platforms.

2. Review applications against established minimum qualifications.

3. Conduct introductory candidate screening calls using approved interview guides.

4. Schedule interviews and communicate interview details to candidates and hiring managers.

5. Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, and hiring statuses in Hireology.

6. Send approved interview confirmations, follow-up messages, and disposition notices.

7. Support reference checks, background checks, license verification, and other pre-employment requirements.

8. Assist with job fairs, hiring events, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns.

9. Maintain recruiting files and documentation in accordance with agency procedures.

10. Provide candidates with professional, timely, and respectful communication.

11. Escalate candidate concerns, compensation questions, accommodation requests, and compliance issues to HR leadership.

12. Protect confidential applicant and employee information.

13. Perform other recruiting and HR-related duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

. Six months to one year of recruiting, administrative, customer service, staffing, or healthcare experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of recruiting processes and professional candidate communication.

Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, applicant tracking systems, and online recruiting platforms.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish.
