Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions focusing on the unique dynamics and issues expressed by clients.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, strengths, and vulnerabilities to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including social workers and addiction specialists, to ensure integrated care approaches benefit clients holistically.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, offering immediate support and resources to clients facing urgent issues.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
