Your Impact As a Manager in our Healthcare practice, you'll be pivotal in delivering innovative solutions that create significant value for our clients and drive the growth of the firm. Your Responsibilities Design and oversee primary research efforts, including building global KOL networks in the pharmaceutical and biotech fields. Conduct executive interviews with clinicians, investigators, payers, regulators, and industry specialists. Manage outreach to clinical trial sites to evaluate enrollment dynamics and timelines for development. Lead structured secondary research, analyzing clinical outcomes, regulatory shifts, earnings calls, investor conferences, major medical congresses, and timely industry news. Synthesize therapeutic area dynamics and advancements in standard-of-care and trial design. Evaluate market access and pricing landscapes for effective drug commercialization. Develop and validate commercial assumptions and forecasting models. Transform complex scientific and clinical information into accessible, strategic recommendations for executives. Create structured, insightful deliverables with analytical rigor and actionable results. Act as a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a trusted partnership. Lead quality assurance initiatives to maintain accuracy, clarity, and strategic importance. Mentor and develop junior staff, providing them with meaningful project engagement and growth opportunities. Your Qualifications BA or BS required; strong academic background in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Economics, Business, or related fields preferred. Advanced degree (Master's, PharmD, or Ph.D.) in a relevant life sciences discipline is a plus. Four to seven years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical strategy consulting, market access advisory, commercialization strategy, or biopharma strategy. Demonstrated involvement in market access, pricing, and launch strategies within branded pharmaceuticals or specialty therapeutics. In-depth understanding of the drug development lifecycle, particularly focusing on late-stage clinical through commercialization. Proven capability in designing, overseeing, and synthesizing primary and secondary research. Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities. Exceptional communication, writing, and critical thinking skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable work ethic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in developing or assessing commercial forecasts and revenue models. Adept at conveying clinical data into compelling value propositions for payers and providers. A high level of intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly adapt to new therapeutic areas.
