Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, utilizing evidence-based evaluation tools to develop customized treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Delivering therapeutic services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care, integrating various therapeutic modalities and healthcare services.

• Providing timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, demonstrating your ability to apply effective de-escalation techniques and facilitate immediate therapeutic responses.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Have a master’s or doctoral degree in a related field: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
