Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s unique goals, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing appropriate interventions to engage clients effectively.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and medical providers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, in addition to a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
