Trident Consulting is seeking a Coordinator for one of our clients in Aliso Viejo CA (Onsite).
Role: HR Coordinator
Location: Aliso Viejo CA
Type: Contract
Rate: $25/hr on w2
Description
- Schedule and Set up interviews
- Manages Meet & Greet for candidates
- Booking and setting travel itineraries (hotels and flights)
- Professionally working closely with the candidates, being the main point of contact
- Creating a great candidate experience and maintaining and following procedures.
- Possibly booking travel itineraries for interviews
- Assisting the TA team with other duties
- Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition
Requirements
- BS Degree (new grad)
- Go getter attitude
- Great culture fit
- 6 months contract for now
- Entry level role
- Detail Oriented and Organized
- Willing to take initiative and is a self-starter
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written
- Problem solving skills
- Has Interest learning HR
