Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing pertinent medical histories, performing comprehensive physical assessments, and forming detailed treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies clearly to patients and their families to foster understanding and cooperation in the rehabilitation process.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's unique presentation and progress, adapting protocols as necessary to meet evolving health care standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, participating in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions to ensure optimal patient care.
• Monitor and document any changes in patient conditions and modify treatment plans accordingly, ensuring comprehensive patient care documentation that abides by all regulatory standards.
• Manage time effectively to adhere to productivity expectations, maintaining an accurate patient schedule and being punctual for all required meetings.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
