Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, which include reviewing medical histories, performing specialized assessments, and determining appropriate treatment recommendations based on individual needs.
• Clearly communicate evaluation outcomes and treatment plans to patients and their families, actively involving them in goal-setting processes to enhance overall patient engagement.
• Demonstrate expertise in implementing tailored treatment protocols derived from patient evaluations, while considering current healthcare trends and policies.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, documenting any changes in patient conditions that may require plan modifications.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist at Stay Graceful PT Clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
