Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries, forming an accurate assessment of their physical abilities.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize a combination of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities tailored to enhance patient recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress diligently, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize recovery results.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and effective techniques to achieve health and mobility goals outside of therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare staff to provide a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring all aspects of the patient's health are considered.
• Stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy practices by engaging in continuous education, attending workshops, and participating in professional organizations, thereby fostering a culture of knowledge and innovation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Elite Providence, you will primarily engage with a diverse client base, including children and adults recovering from various conditions such as orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits
