Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Big Stone PT Center, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.
• Establishing personalized treatment plans that utilize various therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced modalities.
• Implementing and monitoring exercises and treatments designed to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Tracking and documenting patient progress comprehensively to assess treatment effectiveness.
• Regularly reassessing patients and adjusting treatment plans to meet their evolving needs.
• Educating patients and their families about treatment processes, exercises, and self-care practices to foster independence.
• Providing training to caregivers and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, including attendance at workshops and trainings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, helping children and adults with various orthopedic issues, ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) with an active state license.
