Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students to understand their unique needs, thereby developing comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic approaches to effectively address mental health challenges, ensuring a supportive process leading to positive outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports, adhering to regulations and best practices in social work documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is primarily on school-aged children and adolescents, who may experience a variety of challenges, including emotional distress, behavioral issues, trauma-related conditions, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
