Employment Litigation Associate

Overview Associate attorney – San Diego, CA office. Responsibilities Defend and litigate employment‑related claims and agency charges. Advise, counsel, and train employers on a variety of employment and labor law issues. Represent employers in court or arbitration, agencies, and mediations including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, contract, employment tort, and non‑compete cases. Qualifications JD from an ABA‑accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. 4–6 years of experience, employment law background strongly preferred. Current CA Bar admission in good standing. Understanding of current state and federal agency procedures. Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment; strong organizational, time management, and project management skills. Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork. Compensation and Benefits Salary ranges between $222,500 and $242,500, with potential for annual bonuses.
