Key Responsibilities\n

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, ensuring that each session is client-centered and evidence-based.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, following all agency standards and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and quality care.

• Manage a consistent caseload of clients, utilizing flexible scheduling to best meet the needs of both clients and clinicians.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychosocial educators and case managers, to create comprehensive treatment plans.

• Engage in regular supervision and case discussions to enhance your clinical skills and gain insights into best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Active registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Clinical Psychologist in California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in communication, time management, and organizational skills critical to supporting client needs and clinical documentation.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented outpatient setting, fostering collaboration and shared learning among colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
