Position : Sales Development Representative

Pay Range : $3,000 to $5,000 / month

Role Overview:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing full-cycle consultative sales, engaging prospective patients, deeply understanding their needs, addressing objections, closing sales, taking payments, and booking clinic visits.

This is a highly communication-focused role requiring someone who is fully fluent in both English and Spanish and can confidently conduct complete consultative sales conversations in either language. Rather than focusing on high dial volume or basic appointment setting, this position emphasizes close rate, conversation quality, and converting interested prospects into committed patients.

The ideal candidate combines strong full-cycle sales skills with empathy and professionalism. They should be comfortable speaking with individuals experiencing pain or frustration, guiding them through a full consultative call, navigating concerns, processing transactions, and securing final visit confirmations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Consultative Sales : Conduct thorough consultative calls with prospective patients, build trust, uncover core pain points, and effectively guide prospects through the decision-making process.
• Lead Qualification : Understand needs/concerns, qualify leads based on practice standards, gather intake information, and escalate medical/clinical questions appropriately.
• Payment Processing & Booking : Secure payment during the sales call, finalize appointment bookings, and coordinate calendar scheduling to ensure high show rates.
• Bilingual Patient Communication : Provide seamless service in both English and Spanish without translation assistance.
• Objection Handling & Closing : Address patient concerns with empathy and clarity, handle financial and clinical objections professionally, and consistently close sales.
• CRM & Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records of all interactions and keep the lead pipeline organized.
• Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing : Execute follow-up sequences, re-engage inactive leads, and ensure consistent nurturing.
• Performance & Closing Focus : Focus on conversion rates, revenue generation, and sales efficiency rather than raw dial volume.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales development, appointment setting, inside sales, lead generation, or customer service.

Language requirement: Excellent fluency in English and Spanish required.

• Strong phone-based sales and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with CRM/lead management systems.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable availability for a Monday–Friday schedule.
