Work Environment

This position is an onsite role where you will provide in-person therapy in various home settings across Saint Petersburg. As part of your daily work, you will interact closely with patients in their home environments, assessing their needs and adapting your therapy techniques accordingly. Key Responsibilities

• Devise comprehensive and personalized treatment plans based on detailed assessments of patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities, ensuring an evidence-based approach to treatment.
• Integrate independent clinical judgment to implement and adjust treatment strategies tailored to individual progress and patient feedback.
• Maintain proactive communication with patients and their families regarding therapy goals, progress updates, and addressing any concerns related to the therapeutic process.
• Document patient progress meticulously in electronic health record systems to track outcomes and ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adult patients experiencing a wide range of physical limitations, including post-surgical recovery, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. Your ability to adapt treatment to fit both the physical environment of a patient’s home and their unique lifestyle is essential. Flexi Rise places a strong emphasis on compassionate care, ensuring patients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in physical therapy, preferably within home care settings.
• Strong ability to work independently but also collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• A commitment to high standards of patient-centered care, demonstrating genuine compassion and empathy towards patients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth services and using digital platforms for patient education and follow-ups.
• Background in geriatric therapy or treatment of patients with complex chronic conditions.
• Proficiency in utilizing different therapeutic modalities and technologies relevant to home therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills.
