Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' psychological needs and strengths, translating these into actionable treatment plans that aim to enhance overall functioning and resolve symptoms.

• Deliver individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy sessions, ensuring that the treatment modalities employed are appropriate based on clinical evaluations and student circumstances.

• Engage in collaborative program planning with the psychiatric team and other relevant staff, maintaining a holistic approach to student mental health.

• Regularly evaluate students’ ongoing biopsychosocial needs, adjusting treatment plans to address emerging issues and tracking progress effectively.

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents, many of whom may face unique challenges ranging from academic stress to social and emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in Pennsylvania.
