GTM Enablement Architect

Owning the global GTM and enablement strategy for Lakebase, the full-time Lead GTM Enablement & Scale Architect will design and implement enablement programs, build scalable demo environments, and partner with product teams to ensure field readiness in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Develop and execute the GTM and enablement strategy for Lakebase, ensuring comprehensive training for Field Engineering and Partner Technical Sales Create scalable enablement materials using AI tools, including technical deep dives, competitive narratives, and hands-on labs Establish a feedback loop with product teams to relay field challenges and develop actionable recommendations for improvement Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or technical enablement, particularly with databases or cloud data infrastructure Hands-on knowledge of PostgreSQL and cloud database services, with a strong builder mentality Proven ability to create enablement programs from scratch and work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts to a broad audience Familiarity with the data and AI ecosystem, including Lakehouse architecture and AI/ML serving patterns
