Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' needs relating to major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Establish therapeutic relationships with clients through effective communication, building trust that facilitates open dialogue and collaboration.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, ensuring alignment with best practices and ethical standards.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, with a focus on choice and empowerment for clients.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, demonstrating competence in risk assessment and management during emergencies.

• Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to provide effective support for client recovery.

• Complete all necessary documentation, including treatment reports and data submissions, within specified time frames to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to care delivery.

• Provide on-call coverage as assigned, responding effectively to client needs beyond standard working hours.

This position primarily serves individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and severe emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Pathway Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
