Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that include pre-crisis and crisis strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, demonstrating your commitment to quality care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to provide effective counseling services.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating your dedication to maintaining high professional standards.

• Serve as a liaison to state agencies and community partners, facilitating connections that enhance client access to essential resources.

• Maintain open lines of communication to meet contract standards and advocate for the agency’s mission within the community.

• Build and strengthen relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote our programs and identify new funding opportunities.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure the smooth operation of the program.
