Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ needs, fostering the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with experience in a community health setting or working with diverse populations are highly preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n
