Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs, providing data to guide the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver effective therapy services to individuals, groups, and families based on their unique situations.

• Engage in collaborative care planning with case managers and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care delivery, regularly updating treatment plans based on client progress.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, displaying empathy and expertise to stabilize clients experiencing acute distress, and facilitating referrals to appropriate resources as necessary.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and educating the public on available resources.
