Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Create pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, ensuring that clients have access to effective behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Complete all necessary documentation promptly and in accordance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing clients’ overall therapeutic journey.

• Serve as a liaison among relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive support for clients.

• Establish strong communication channels to meet contractual standards and promote the mission of Anderson Behavioral Health.

• Build and maintain working relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to foster program development and explore new funding opportunities.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through conferences and training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices.

• Promote and embody the agency's mission, values, philosophy, and principles in all client interactions.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with a diverse population that includes individuals coping with mental health disorders, individuals in recovery from substance use, and those experiencing developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries.
