Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that meet regulatory standards and address the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to effectively gauge client progress and refine treatment strategies in collaboration with the clinical team.
\n
• Provide ongoing consultation and participate in the development of pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, ensuring all plans align with best practices and client goals.
\n
• Create and implement positive behavior support plans, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote lasting behavioral change in clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical records and prepare thorough documentation that meets all compliance and accreditation requirements.
\n
• Facilitate open communication with local, state, and federal agencies as well as community partners to enhance client services and foster vital relationships.

• Engage actively in professional development opportunities such as conferences and workshops, representing Medstar at various statewide initiatives and task forces.
\n
• Promote and embody the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in every aspect of work, fostering a culture of respect and dedication within the community.

• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to further enhance the quality of care and support provided to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing emotional health challenges, substance use issues, and various developmental difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Independent LMHC License granted by the Massachusetts state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 86,000 to 103,000 annually, complemented by productivity bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. This includes health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible paid time off (PTO), sick leave, and dependent care accounts.
