Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to create detailed treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of clients, establishing pre-crisis and crisis strategies as well as behavioral guidelines.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously while adhering to regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and quality in all practices.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as prescribed by our clinical team to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of interventions.
\n
• Collaborate seamlessly with various teams and programs to develop and execute positive behavior support plans, promoting an integrated approach to care.
\n
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our organization meets all required standards.
\n
• Act as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating access to resources for our clients.
\n
• Maintain open and effective communication channels with stakeholders to support our mission and meet contract standards.
\n
• Build and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to advocate for our programs and seek out new partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Pursue ongoing professional and personal growth by attending conferences, participating in statewide task forces, and remaining engaged with emerging trends in mental health.

• Promote and embody our agency’s mission, values, and principles in all aspects of your work.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to meet the dynamic needs of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of individuals ranging from those experiencing mental health challenges, to those in recovery from substance use disorders, and those with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, and your expertise will guide them towards recovery and improved emotional health. Connecting with patients on a personal level while providing tailored support will be essential to their success in your care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required; additional certifications will be advantageous.

• An independent LMHC license in the state of Massachusetts is essential, but if you are licensed in another state, we are willing to cover the expenses necessary to transfer your license.

• Experience in community health settings or non-profit organizations is highly desirable.
