Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests in various disciplines to support accurate diagnoses, treatment, and disease prevention.
• Operate and maintain cutting-edge laboratory equipment and technologies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible patient care and accurate results.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in laboratory science to maintain proficiency and enhance your skills.
• Follow strict protocols and safety standards to ensure quality control and optimal outcomes.

Position Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Certification: MT (ASCP), MLS (ASCP) CM, or MT, AMT certification required.
• Experience: Ability to perform complex lab tests with precision and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Schedule Flexibility: Must be willing to work evening shifts (2:00 PM - 11:30 PM) with a 40-hour weekly schedule, including every other weekend and holiday rotation.
