We are seeking a talented and motivated Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests in various disciplines to support accurate diagnoses, treatment, and disease prevention.
- Operate and maintain cutting-edge laboratory equipment and technologies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible patient care and accurate results.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in laboratory science to maintain proficiency and enhance your skills.
- Follow strict protocols and safety standards to ensure quality control and optimal outcomes.
Position Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Certification: MT (ASCP), MLS (ASCP) CM, or MT, AMT certification required.
- Experience: Ability to perform complex lab tests with precision and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be willing to work evening shifts (2:00 PM - 11:30 PM) with a 40-hour weekly schedule, including every other weekend and holiday rotation.
